Upon receipt of your email, a sales invoice will be emailed to you for confirmation.
If paying by credit card, ACH, or wire transfer, a customer service representative will contact you for more information.

To place an order by fax, simply fax your purchase order or use our order form to (510) 653-1227.
Upon receipt of your fax, a sales invoice will be emailed to you for confirmation.

Pantomics accepts the following payment methods:

Purchase Order (PO #): Please provide a purchase order via email, phone, or fax.

Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover. Information can be provided via phone, or fax.

Wire Transfer / ACH: Please email info@pantomics.com to request our bank information.

For international customers: Pantomics only accept credit cards, wiretransfer / ACH payments.

Orders are normally processed and shipped within 24-48 hours after confirmation.

Orders are shipped via FedEx standard overnight. Please notify us at info@pantomics.com if you like to use your FedEx account.

Shipping and handling charges are prepaid and added to the invoice.
For customers outside the USA, please check for an available distributor in your region. If there is no distributor in your region, please order directly from us at sales@pantomics.com.
